Walk through the house room by room and write down everything that's been bugging you. Snap a quick photo of each item if you can, because it helps me price the work right.
I'll go over the list with you, stop by to take a look, and give you a written price so you know exactly what you're paying for before any work starts.
You pick the day, and I show up with the truck, the tools and the materials and work through the list start to finish. I clean up before I leave, so all that's left for you is setting the table.

Paint a room or a hallway, or freshen up the trim
Patch drywall, nail pops and ceiling stains, and repaint them nice and fresh
Fresh caulk and grout in tubs, showers and kitchens
Fix loose or cracked tile
Fix doors that stick and hardware that won't stay tight
Wash and stain the deck for a fresh look
Small outdoor repairs, like rotten wood or loose handrails
Repair or rebuild deck stairs so they're safe for your guests
